We are in the middle of our contract, so I thought it would be appropriate to review what our union is and why it is important to belong. Here is a review of our Association that was shared with the new teachers at the August orientation this summer. I hope that you consider union membership a value to your career. The members of your Executive Board look forward to working with you this year as we advocate for good relations with administration, positive experiences with our students and their families, and prepare for negotiations in December 2024.
